We appreciated that we were not pressured into buying anything, and appreciated being able to take the car off the lot same-day.
I ordered an AT4X truck from Central Buick GMC last December with virtually every option available included in the build. The staff at Central Buick GMC was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient during that process. I expected to receive the truck within 2 months and ultimately it took 7 months for GMC to build it. The frustrating part of that experience (and I hold Mary Barra, CEO of General Motors accountable) is that GM couldn’t provide information to Central Buick GMC regarding what was holding the build up. I almost cancelled the order at 6 months due to lack of ANY feedback. I suspect the issue was a supply shortage of one or two items in the build, which I likely would have removed had I been given proper insight. The good thing was Central Buick GMC was willing to refund my deposit so I felt they were doing the right thing. I do remain curious how many sales GM loses due to this broken process - my understanding is that GM makes most of its profit on trucks and especially, high end trucks. Now, with my GM rant out of the way, I would say the interaction, responsiveness and friendliness of the staff at Central Buick GMC was positive and most likely played a large role in my decision to “stay in the game” even while GM would not provide any feedback. In the end, I took delivery of the truck two weeks ago and love it! Although must say, the amount of technology it has, and learning how to use it to its full potential, is both amazing and daunting!
While a decline in the quality of service is observed in many services and organizations, this dealership, Central Buick GMC in Norwood surprises with its caring, friendly, professional attitude towards the client. I have used the technical service here for several years for my Buick Encore 2017 and always was happy, and now I have bought a new Buick Encore GX preferred 2024. I received a fair price for my old car and comprehensive answers to all my financial and technical questions. Sales Consultant Lonny Markley told me about the important advantages of the new version of the car, its advantages and disadvantages, explained the changes in the device and helped in setting some futures, like wireless Android Auto. I am sincerely grateful to everyone with whom I came into contact; communicate with this Dealership.

Honestly I don't like any car dealership as soon as you pull in they're on your a$$..It's aggravating, makes you want to leave . They're arrogant, cocky, defensive, and usually full of sh%$.. These guys (can't believe I'm saying this) were ok..It was like buying groceries, and if you had a question they were there..Was i happy with my purchase? No! But that had nothing to do with them,had to do with credit, I did it to myself, but they actually showed me my credit and where I needed it improved.. My experience was not what I expected, when I left I was still in a good mood...I actually would refer them, and probably will...You guys did ok in my book
We went there and were treated very well by them specially John Price, he was professional and human at once which gave his honest inputs and kept all he said he would, I’d say any of them could treat you well but I’d ask for Mr Price to help out in the future if I need, 5 * is my rate.

I should have known something was strange at a dealership that has Christmas decorations in their bathroom in the middle of August. Anyway, I traded my Mother's 2012 for a 2017 Buick Enclave. The 2012 was pretty beat up with 200K miles on it so they only gave me $1,000.00 for the trade. Fine, it is what it is. I gave my mother my 2015 Enclave so she would have something to drive. When we arrived to take delivery on the 2017 I realized that the 2015 Buick had a crack in the rear tail light. The parts department said it was a $575.00 part. I was pretty bummed. After I left, it occurred to me that they could have given me the tail light on the 2012 no problem since it had a whole bunch of dents in it anyway, who cares. I called and asked the sales guy sent me to the business manager who said he had to talk to parts about it. Didn't call me back. When I called him, he told me to call the sales guy. After more games and nonsense, they declined my reasonable request for the tail light off the old banged up 2012 Enclave. I got on the highway only to discover that the wheel of the 2017 now shakes when I apply the breaks at around 70 MPH. The car is supposed to be certified used. Why wasn't this fixed? So I live on the North Shore, and the business manager "Tim" had a very devil-may-care attitude about it. As if I have all the time in the world to drive back to Norwood - no problem. If you can, go elsewhere to buy a car if you want a Buick or GMC.
